Trinity Lutheran Church offers a three year
confirmation ministry beginning in sixth grade. Confirmands begin their study in
September and end in May. During this
time, they study a variety of topics including the six chief parts of
Luther’s Small Catechism (Baptism, the Lord’s Supper, the Apostles’
Creed, the Lord’s Prayer, the Office of the Keys, the Ten Commandments),
as well as the application of God’s Word to our everyday lives. It is vitally important that each
student attend confirmation classes each year during their sixth through
eighth grade years as each respective year builds on the previous one. Missing any year of study may
significantly increase the amount of time needed for preparation before
they may be confirmed. Click below
